1. SUBSCRIPTION: a. Once you select the registration category that applies to you, enter your child or children’s name(s). PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE WILL BE AN EQUIVALENT CHARGE EACH MONTH WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION. 2. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: a. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class. b. Refunds will be applied when a request for withdrawal of a child is received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the next month’s session. c. Please provide 30-day notice in writing for any cancellation. 3. SAFETY: Participation in all sports can be inherently dangerous and while we do our best to ensure the safety of all participating individuals, it is impossible to guarantee. Basketball demands cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and agility.
